SHIPPING RATES

FREE GROUND SHIPPING on your order over $99.00 (sorry, only in the Continental United States).  Free shipping will be by USPS Priority with delivery confirmation and insured.  If other shipping is needed for faster shipment we will do everything possible to accommodate your request. 

Shipping Charges for USPS Prioity

Order totals under $30.00 - shipping wil be $7.95

$30.01 to $60.00 - shipping will be $8.95 

$60.01 to $99.00 - shipping will be $9.95

$99.01 and over - shipping is FREE

SALES TAX

Only Oklahoma residents will have to pay sales tax of 4.75% which will automatically be added to your order at the time of checkout.

RETURN POLICY

Items that are personalized may not be returned for a refund or exchange unless we have made a mistake.  In which case we will correct or replace the item with no additional charge to you.  Please verify all information for personalization for correct spelling.  For returns that are not personalized please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order that you would like to return an item.  Only items that are intact including all tags and orginial package may be returned.   Once we have received the item and have inspected it, we will refund your money minus the shipping charges.  If an item is damaged during shipment please notify us immediately and we will make arrangements for the item to be shipped back to us and we will send a replacement at no charge to you.

If after you have placed your order and change you mind please email us as quickly as possible.  If the order has not yet been shipped, we will just cancel your order.  In the event that it has already been shipped then simply refuse the delivery and once we have received the package we will credit your credit card minus the shipping charges.
