USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation. It you purchase needs to be received quickly, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
What are the shipping charges and what method of shipping do you use?
All orders over $99.00 are shipped free within the contential United States and are sent by USPS Priority Mail. Other shipping charges are listed under Shipping and Policies. All are shipped USPS Priority Mail. If you need an item quickly we can ship UPS next day or 2nd Day. Let us know when you place your order and every effort will be made to accomadate your request. Please keep in mind that if you need an item personalized that may add to the time an order can ship.
What is the return policy?
Personalized items may not be returned for a refund or exchange unless we have made a mistake. For returns that are not personalized please contact us within 7 business days after receiving your order to inform us you want to return an item. How long does it take to ship an order?
Shipping varies depending on the item. Most items will ship in 3 to 7 business days.
May I get my order sent directly to the receipient?
Yes, we will gladly gift wrap your gift and will include a gift card then ship directly to the recipient but we will charge you an additional $5.00 to cover our cost.
Do you have gift certificates?
Yes. Just choose the amount and we will send the gift certificate to the receipient along with information about us and our site.
Why do you need my email address and what do you do with my information?
All information submitted to Just Sew for Babies will be kept confidential. We do not sell names, addresses, telephone numbers or any confidential information that you submit to us. We may occasionally send emails to you informing you of a sale or if we get new products.
